Fuck that noise, so I ran up the steps and hit the button to make it go back down. Threw some shoes on and grabbed a machete and a flash light. Hit the button to open up the door and I hear the van door slide shut, at this point I'm positive I'm about to take somebody's head off. So I go check the cars, inside and underneath, all clear. My alarm is still on. Check the yard, nothing. I yelled out an announcement that I have guns and you will be shot if I catch you face to face. So now I'm just sitting here watching... I doubt they'll come back but you never know. Funny thing is I noticed some tools missing from the garage today.
