I also dont think its the woofers. There are more world records set with dd than any other brand. Hes got something funky going on.

What else could it be then?

If he said they were playing out of phase then how does he fix that?

im not saying im a DD hater its just like after having to re cone the same sub 3 times id be sick of dealing with them. expecialy if they didnt cover the cost for the re cone and shipping on a 2 month old sub.

In my eyes if a guys doing a 55 with pyle 18's i cant knock him. Im not a hater of any brand. Anythings possible but with so many problems and no good CS to back it id have to cut ties.

Only recone one sub, with maybe a bit different parts but obviously stiff as hell compare to the already broken in one . ... So the already broken in one was bottoming out ...

But still I would sell amps and get a bigger single one ? 4500-6k ... Clipping kills bro, I already got kinda use to my set up..I'm starting to clip it aswell to get it louder, but not worth blowing subs over it, so imma most likly sell my amp to get a bigger one . .hopefully

DD has been extremely good customer service wise. He needs to break in the newly reconed sub so they both play in sync. clipping is an issue in his car. that needs to stop. the minute he doesnt clip the subs play controlled. In my opinion he needs matching subs bothe broken in at same time. he cant clip. and then he will be fine.

this story has been told wrong or maybe mis interpreted by the people reading this. DD CS has hooked us up with great deals and answers the phone 9 out of 10 times. its not the woofers its the install.

Im just throwing out random shit. Haha. Yes i know DD knows best about their woofers and no i dont think its just as simple as a recone. Im just giving suggestions.

There was one time when i couldn't figure out how to do wire something and someone (a complete dumbass about anything dealing with sound) made a little comment and it sparked my brain into figuring the problem out. Rither way, im just hoping the dude figures it all out! I love that setup and its a shame he cant make it work how he wants too. Thats all im saying.

we tested my subs on bump for lifes amp which means its his HU, his signal, RCAs, etc

that narrows the problem down to the box/subs

i just reconed one sub....cannot be that one, plus that is the one that moves normally

the other sub is literally out of control at any volume above half it just start moving wayyyyy out of the suspension range.....another recone is needed

and no it will not be PSI....lol
