TeamHT
Of course you could, you could also lube up a dildo and shove it in deep...but why would you? Why bot just get four subs all matching for what you need? Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?

tacobump
Don't you think you should educate this guy on why?
bassface
Normally when running multiple subwoofers you would want them all the same because if they are different they may have issues with resonant frequencys and cancellation. Here is an old thread on this topic. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/139868-different-size-and-brands-of-subs/
TeamHT
Don't you think you should educate this guy on why? Because it comes down to preference really. I doubt he is going to be building such a massive system that the subtle differences, cancellation if any, or performance increase decrease that are microscopic to actually matter. I couldn't care less if there were 0 issues with it, I would never run multiple different subs. Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
