This has come up before about that authorized internet dealer tag and they said it was confusing by its placement and they were working on fixing it so people dont think they are ans authorized dealer of products when their not. In this case they are not an authorized dealer of Pioneer products according to Pioneers website. Any warranty claim will be handled by us and will be treated in the same manner that Pioneer would treat their claims. Our warranty department sees that every claim is handled properly and that every customer is taken care of. As for the "Authorized Internet Retailer", we agree the placement is very confusing. I went in and manually removed that line from the product page. It's a bug that our system has where it inserts this line into Pioneer product descriptions, since we did have a relationship in the past. It's an issue that our web developers are working on. I hope this clears some things up. If you have any warranty related or manufacturer relationship type questions, feel free to ask! We are an open book.
