That shit is MESSY and gets everywhere, and once it sticks its a PITA to get out. It may turn out to be more of a nightmare than you bargained for. That's a great idea but I'd like to use something less noticeable. I think i will put tape on the headliner, leave a gap, and then use great stuff to seal it off. I will be rhino lining the whole box so i can probably get the texture to where you wont even notice the foam. think that would work? Kevin M Posted July 19, 2012 Report Share Posted July 19, 2012 I used mdf, exp. foam, and fiberglass. No foam or fiberglass is in contact with the headliner just the plastic pieces at the b pillar. When I redo the wall most of it should snap off and I can hit the panels with a little sandpaper and they are good as new.
