Made em plug their ears for the hairtrcks. The parents were for it though. If you tried to file charges based on that video or even if you roled up on scene 99.9% of prosecutors would laugh at you. Again, being stupid isn't illegal. Reckless anything or abuse/endangerment is reserved for individuals who are forced to do something or don't have the mental capacity to make a rational decision. Both the individuals in that video appear to be willing participants and capable of rational thought. Rolex you sicken me. Well, even if it doesn't have much bass, a stock system can have really sharp sounds. A buddy of mine drives a 05 Volvo with a stock sound system and just added bass, I often cover up one ear because of the "raping" highs. I have a quite sensitive hearing though.. As far as the video in the OP (yes i know it's old), even though the bass might be harmless, in cars with large woofers theres often uppgraded front speakers with tweeters etc. and those might cause a little damage if they're too loud and possibly distorted. Now, I wont know if they are in this case. But from my experience from listening to some car stereos, most of them are turned up and tuned to the point of it not being pleasant to me.
