Mikey Bates Posted August 8, 2012 Report Posted August 8, 2012 you said they were running off HU. did you DD1 the speakers wires to find the clean signal? might be somewhat ditortion and because they are super tweets your amplifying that by a lot. . . also im sure when you have some good mids on an amp. with the tweets. itll balance out more because your getting a mix and not 5khz up lol kinda ninjad lol

With good processing you can get great sound out pro audio gear. You definately can't just throw the stuff in and go. Only positive I really see is being able to get loud for cheap. Op, they'll sound better if you tune em properly but they still will be pretty harsh.
