Pics of my install of a AGM inboard batt charger

To make a long story short, I ended up with a FREE batt charger from a rep from my workie job..... And instead of using it the normal way, I decided to permanently mount it in the tahoe ;)

Ill keep the wording short and sweet, so I will just say a few things... This thing works awesome, and I love the digital settings for different types of batts, amperage, etc..... I currently have it set to display voltage and percentage complete, and set to "AGM" batt @ 2amp charge (can do 2A, 6A, or 10A) Also cut the factory 120v plug and bought a new end @ home depot and have it coming out my fuel filler door, so all I have to do is plug it into my extension cord and thats it! SO SIMPLE, and the install came out perfect. The charger is connected directly to my rear buss bars. The charger is screwed into that rear compartment area, and once the cover is re-installed, you cant even see the charger.. SWEET! thing is fan cooled and works very well so far. what a nice and convenient addition to any multi battery stereo setup

Hmm.. this was a very cool idea Seth.. especially with the gas door. :good: Im sure you had thought this through, but are you concerned with getting gas on the power cable?

No, not concerned at all.... Also, let it be known, that i didnt know that a certain other VERY PROMINENT person here had already done this fuel door outlet thing, but Mr. Bill had brought it to my attention :peepwall: Eitherway, hats off to both of us, and I dont want anyone thinking i copied anyone...... :)

Came out very nice, that compartment is a perfect fit for the charger.

And the fact more than one person agrees does not make it a circle jerk, it makes it a bukkake scene and you're in the middle ;)

Chick took 3 shots of Jager, and then, pissed in my mouth..
