ZachG
Ok so I read here how to figure out my output voltage for my amp and how to set the gain. http://knowledge.sonicelectronix.com/car-audio-and-video/car-amplifiers/how-to-adjust-amplifier-gains-using-a-digital-multi-meter.html The number I came up with is 57.67v My amps birthsheet says it does 1,663rms at 2 ohms. Before I go and set my gain on my amp to this I just want to make sure this is correct 1998 Pontiac grand prix gtp supercharged2 12" Obsidain Audio V.1 on a 2011 zx1500.1 at 2 ohms. 20ft of Knuconceptz CCA 0 Guage. 2nd Battery is a Shurken BT-120. CJ18
Not accurate. Do not rely on this. Go to the tools section here and check out the dd1. That is what you need to properly set your gains.

n8ball2013
While you will see that alot of members will advocate using a dd1 or oscope this is better than nothing. Its a crapshoot at best though. I have a scope and a dd-1 and i really prefer the dd-1 its just so simple.
