CJ18 Posted December 15, 2012 Author Report Posted December 15, 2012 When I built the 6s, I had to have rings machined for the spider landing to allow me to use the 9.25" spider. I was a noob dumbass and forgot to grand down the ring to give me a nice scuffed surface for the CA glue and spiders to bond to. I had the spiders come loose from the landing on 2 subs. I am 95% sure that they will be perfectly fine now that I have rebuilt and scuffed the landing, but with how hard it is to get to the subs if something does happen, it just wasnt worth it. I knwo exactly what I am getting with the Level 5s and know they will worl right out of the gate.
