MrSkippyJ
Pull the fuse then it doesn't matter. The fuse on the power wire, not the fuse on the side of the amp. Bship
I normally don't pull the neg either, just the fuse. but... I won't tell someone else to do it that way because (although very small) there is a possible risk to equipment and yourself. As stated, just be careful and u'll be good removing the fuse. i sometimes take my training too seriously, the military is a tad bit anal. yes the ANL fuse Edited August 19, 2012 by Bship Quote CARS 14 Sierra crew cab daily, Small build coming one of these days 69 C-10 fleetside in many pieces, won't be done till the end of time Last car '12 Focus with build log http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/165619-2012-focus-btl-15-crescendo-sundown-audio-control/

MrSkippyJ
There is no need to pull the negative from the battery to remove an amp. Just pull the fuse from the power wire. 8ight
I just disconnect the RCAs, then the - line, then the + line and don't put the + down until the exposed end has been swaddled in electrical tape. That way I don't have to disconnect anything but the amp. Quote I'm gonna hate
