What grade of vinyl is that and what type of backing does it have? I have templates for the circles so they weren't hard at all. The vinyl I used was UFAC Fabric Class 1 from www.keystonbros.com. It has a nice thin backing and stretches fairly well. Everything I've bought from Keyston has been badass and they've got everything.
