FunkMcOwnage
This is my first romp video of the go kart my dad and I put together this winter. It's pretty much completely made from scratch, starting with the frame. It has a 420cc honda engine and a seat from a volvo truck, rollbar, battery, hubs, centrifugal clutch and simple gas/brake operation. 1995 Nissan Maxima GLE JVC KD-APD49 Headunit (4) Infinity Kappa 652.9i components @ 2 ohm (1) Infinity Reference 475a amplifier (2) Skar Audio V-VXV1 12D4's Hifonics Brutus 2100.1 @ 1 Ohm ----------------------------------------------

conceptM
Center of gravity might be a bit high for tarmac, but on gravel... must be bumpy Nice project though. There's not much more to a kart than gas / brake... and steering off course Have fun! FunkMcOwnage
does that thing have a posi rear end or one wheel peeler? Yes its a posi rear end. The back wheels are on an axle and the front are welded on hubs. (you can see the front hubs good at 2:20.) I'll post some more pictures soon Center of gravity might be a bit high for tarmac, but on gravel... must be bumpy Nice project though. There's not much more to a kart than gas / brake... and steering off course Have fun! Yeah it can get pretty bumpy on coarse gravel lol but its rides and steers super smooth on pavement . Most of the gravel roads at my lake aren't too bad, and that's really why we built it - to drive it there.
