Real96SS
Seems weird that your dropping that low on only 2k.Have you tested both batteries? I battery can have a bad cell and still read the correct voltage. I battery can have a bad cell and still read the correct voltage. this. compare front to rear voltage. recheck your crimps. You didn't over tighten then power stud? If you break that or crack it, you'll kill output and probably your alt. Once you go below 13 you're dipping into battery power. So if you stay in the high 11s low 12s for a few, it'll take a second to charge your ish back up. I think you need a smaller pulley. STEvil
200 as per spec.. Try a 250 or 300 just for S&G. MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed. P4killer_
Both batteries are basically brand new.. like less than 6mo old.. both resting In the 13s but I know as you said. That doesn't also mean their good. I'll do a few of those suggestions and get back to you all on that. Measure voltage at bat instead of amp to see if drop is the same: Try bigger fuses: When I took it the alt to get load tested. The guy mentioned that I couldn't use a smaller pulley as its already the smallest I could use..
