If you don't mind me asking what did it set you back? Mosins are a fun affordable way to get into a fairly high powered rifle IMO. To my knowledge its never been shot. There are no scratches on the bore, bolt, or anywhere really. The barrel hasn't been counter bored either. They are excellent high powers for the money. And Have More than enough power to take down a moose/bear/elk. Thats the next gun on my to buy list. Cheap accurate and ammo is cheap.
