icecreaman Posted October 11, 2012 Report Posted October 11, 2012 Like the title says..... i have a DC5k now on 16-18 volts, new setup will be running 4 DC XL 15s (M2)< i have a chance to trade the 5k for the AB 750 plus a little cash on my side but i have no experience with the AB amp. Can anyone give me some input, the 5k is roughly 7000 at 18 volts and the AB is roughly 9000 at 18 volts but is the AB any good? Any help will be great! Thanks

jayjay6888 Posted October 11, 2012 Report Posted October 11, 2012 i love my ab 450.1 and despite what people say about them being current hungry i disagree ... with a singer 200 amp alt and xp 3000 in the back i drop from 14.4 warm to 13.5 full tilt all day 1 Fi Sp4 18 Crescendo 2k selenium mids audioque supertweets Hifonics for mids and and highs 1/0 power and grounds ---> on the way singer alt and possibly another 2k depending how sub likes 1 2k
