Everytime I see them in parking lots I want to cut them off. For the most part the drivers look like grade A bags of pussy cleaner as well.

The got the idea from cement trucks with bucket hanging in the back to catch "drippings". They started hanging tiny buckets from the back of thier cars, and if your bucket dragged, you were some sort of badass. Not just the "hey I want to race" thing. I see these all over and I never really wondered why they had them on their cars I just know that I wouldn't put one on my car.
