ROLEXrifleman Posted November 5, 2012 Report Share Posted November 5, 2012 At minimum you will need. 1) valid state id ( you will only be able to purchase an handgun legalt in the state you reside) 2) fill out a 4473 form and be approved 3) $ Each state will have variations on these Federal laws. Your best bet is to go to a local FFL holder and ask. If your 18 or older any decent shop will fill you in, they love getting their hooks into customers young.
