Getting the ice off my mirrors in the morning?

Recommended Posts

Just occurred to me... Why am I trying to fight the ice after it sticks to my mirror? Why not just stop it from getting there in the first place?

Will post results in the morning

This worked rather well. Here is a typical morning for my car. Not bad, but enough to not see out of. This was just condensation - no biggie. But it turns frozen when it gets cooler.

Side mirrors are clear though!

Kind of makes me want to get a car cover...

Does on mine... heated mirrors ftw!

And the fact more than one person agrees does not make it a circle jerk, it makes it a bukkake scene and you're in the middle ;)

Chick took 3 shots of Jager, and then, pissed in my mouth..

In all seriousness, try cardboard or a towel on the windshield. My neighbor always does it. But it dosent get as cold here as it does where you live. Worth a try i guess

Ill throw some cardboard on there if I know we're going to get some freezing rain or sleet over night cause that stuff just seens to stick worse. For regular ice/frost I just man up with the scraper.

Hot water is a TERRIBLE idea. Smh. When it gets that bad, they make de-over which comes in an aerosol can with a scraper blade on it and it's like the coolest fucking thing ever. But I only resort to that when it's real bad.

For the mirrors, bags work, but I always just scrape mine, and if they are too iced over its not the end of the world usually to not have em, just gotta turn your head more no biggie cause I always check my blind spots anyways.

I hate long signatures....

...what the fuck is wrong wiht you you fucking fuckity fuck fuck head...
