FYI, for the smaller box, 1.05 cubes for a 12"(SA-12) is pretty small. I'd say too small. Btw, I run a box for a 10" sub(Randal has knowledge of it) and I ended up doing 2 3" ports firing low into the B-pillar. It's not just a typical box, but I won't clutter up your thread with my build info. The only thing I'm getting at is 3" ports are pretty healthy and using 2(to make sure port area is a good number) can work wonders.

Alright thanks for the advice man. I'll repost pics later so everyone can see them. I'm gonna be fiberglassing my doors tomorrow actually. Any advice or tips or anything would be helpful..

Ok. So I've got one door panel with cloth on waiting to get spare time to resin it and get more cloth for the other door. And I'm thinking about making a 3" port insert to fit in the 4" port I have now in my 2.18 cube box. If I do so I'm thinking tune it to 24hz, my box now is tuned to 33hz with the 4"

Too low to be musical in any way. 33hz is perfect, I'd say bump it up a little higher to 35hz or so. We're still waiting on pics!
