Just wondering if any of u guys can share some exercises or lifting methods that will help my arms and core become more toned without looking like im taking steroids. Thanks! Do it as a circuit for a set time or for set number of circuits without rest. 3-4 days a week. If you plan on buying any fitness equipment or joining a gym, you will have many more options and variety available. As mentioned above, crossfit is an extreme type of circuit workout, with heavy lifting mixed in from time to time. Google it. Ill do some more muscular work more often during the week maybe 4-5 times and keep at it with the P90X. As for the sex, yes it works and yes its the best form of exercise.
