I know this isn't the doctors... But WTF is going on???

If you were hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) you would have symptoms such as irritability/aggression and a low level of consciousness. This is more of an acute condition as the the symptoms set on quickly but can also be fixed quickly by raising the blood sugar. Your vital signs such as pulse, blood pressure, respirations would generally be normal or slightly elevated with moist pale skin. There is a risk of seizures with hyperglycemia/insulin shock. You can also have headaches, blurred vision, and tremors. Risk for possible coma as well if the issue is not resolved.

Hyperglycemia (high blood sugar) on the other hand has a slow onset of symptoms over days and takes days to correct. It's also known as ketoacidosis because fats in your body start to real down releasing ketones in your body making your blood acidic. A dead giveaway of this would be a sweet fruity almost alcoholic odor on your breath. Other signs and symptoms include frequent urination, dehydration (due to frequent urination because your body requires massive amounts of water to get rid of the glucose), polydipsia (extreme thirst), deep rapid respirations, weak rapid pulse, and a possible low blood pressure.

I won't describe each type of seizure but most seizures are self limiting within a few minutes. It's doubtful you would be having a seizure all day every day especially with no history of seizures or head trauma.

In my opinion as others have concluded, it definitely sounds neurogenic in nature. It's very hard to asses over the Internet accurately and very person is different so each case is unique.

I can't remember if you said you were experiencing any headache but some of the symptoms you listed can be a from a migraine which can last for days.

You had mentioned being lightheaded a few days leading up to this due to a head cold?

Did you have chest tightness at all? If so, I would lean towards the anxiety/panic attack too. I've had them a few times, in fact thats why I stopped smoking weed and still kinda worry about getting one everyday but has been a lot easier. Maybe you started feeling a couple of those things like the chills & clammy hands then you start thinking about what it could be and get anxious really fast, then you notice your heart rate increasing and you are like wtf is happening and boom anxiety/panic attack which will also cause you to just focus on what you are going through affecting short term memory. All just based on my experiences with them.

Once you have a panic/anxiety attack you are prone to them and I think its because of how scary it can be so you constantly think about it. Best thing is just accepting why you had one and work on staying calm and enjoying life. Running/Exercising is actually a great stress reliever. I haven't been to the gym in a few weeks and I can feel it in my chest since I've noticed I carry stress there.

I take back my last post bc I actually noticed these symptoms when I stopped going to the gym. I've been on a 3 day split or 2 on 1 off for 8 years and since I can't go I've noticed all the funky bs symptoms.

I'd bet you have anxiety, and idk about you, but I'm legit ready to take something for em because they're debilitating.

Don't hop up on drugs, all that shit does is suppress it and once you get off it all comes back, at least that's what I've read. Keeping myself distracted has worked and dismissing any kind of thoughts of "oh man i feel anxious" I brush it off as gas or being hungry, which a lot of the times it ends up being haha.

What I find weird is how a lot of ppl say "weed makes my anxiety go away" but for me it had tended to start it up, so I quit and still got those two panic attacks. I haven't smoked any weed since September except 2 decent hits of a blunt like 4 weeks ago and it did make me kinda sleepy & semi-relaxed but in the back of my head I was also worrying I was gonna have an attack which I'm sure is just my brains thoughts and not the weed since I'm associating weed with anxiety since it increases my heart rate. Ahh anxiety is a bitch, one thing that kinda gets to me is seeing ppl who have never had a serious attack and knowing the thoughts they don't have.

Randomly started feeling better today. Not 100%, but better. Now I just feel like I have a case of ADSquirrel and a headache lol.

Having another really strong episode tonight. I feel like absolute fucking shit....

Getting an EEG tomorrow morning. Really hope that helps to sort things out.
