Thanks guys.

Had an issue the other day and yesterday. Stopped at a light the engine shuttered and the batt light flashed on and off a few times.

Yesterday same thing but no engine shutter. May be a spike in boltage but I wpnt be able to test it until today after work.

Ill report back.

I don't have the rear battery banks in yet so I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but I'm gonna need to see what's up.

I'm happy to hear any thoughts and suggestions. I won't be back on till this afternoon but feel free to post any suggestions or ideas.

Thanks guys!!

Ok about to go back to work, I'll leave this out there. Anyone here used 2 part foam? How does it work? Is it worth the cost over something like Great Stuff where I'm just trying to fill a big void.

I'm thinking of using it on rear deck panel to fill the gap, then cut it down, flush, then body fill over it. Thoughts?

Jamie, didn't you do that and it didn't work or something? What was the issues you had please?

Be back later today!

Nah, I tried to resin some cloth over the Greatstuff and that didn't work, so I just applied body filler over the foam.

My gap wasn't too bad so I just used a can of Greatstuff. Used a saw to rough-cut the high points of the foam and then a sander with 60grit to even out the foam so it was smooth.

Then body filler to contour the deck surface up to the port opening.

How much gap do you have?
