They might in the midrange, but they have no midbass at all. So not useable in a car.(except offcourse if you don't want midbass..) Crescendo Audio, u can't go wrong! You can go very wrong with crescendo... Especially with their "pro audio" stuff. @Lowlife, those cadence aren't good either. @WadeTustian You should look into real pro audio companies, like, eighteensound, B&C, eminence, selenium,... beyma Don't forget to look at the frequency response graphs, so you don't buy a loud pro audio speaker, but it has no midbass at all. I wouldn't use pro audio if i couldn't fit atleast a 8 inch, because it's a lot easier to find a good one. Thinking is the root of all problems... You ALWAYS get what you pay for.
notorious97200 Posted December 12, 2012 Report Posted December 12, 2012 I can't understand why some people spend hundreds of $ on subs & amps, and they want cheap speakers for mids & highs. It's the most important part !!! Pro audio speakers can sound good, clean, and loud, but it is harder than "regular" sets for cars. I don't like them, but I don't have enough bass to need the loudest speakers I could find. black BMW X1 2.0 l 192 hp OEM head unit, Amplifiers : Audison AP 8.9 with integrated DSP and Ampere Audio 1200. Focal ES 100 K in front doors, and Dayton RS 180 for midbass under the front seats. 2 SSA DEMONS 10" subs, in a sealed box. SecondSkin Damplifier on front doors, and Luxury Liner Pro for the cargo area.
