I mean, I may not be able to get my concealed carry right away, seeing as most states require a age of 25, I am only 20, but still it's so exciting. Also I just LOLed really hard. Exemptions exist for law enforcement, licensed hunters engaged in their activity and on established target ranges." If that means what it says it means, you cannot have a firearm, AT ALL, in chicago. Having one in your vehicle, even if yours and registered is apparently illegal.
