Crescendo Logic batteries?

Recommended Posts

I've gotta say I like the look of XS better. XS batteries are clean and just state what they are. I think lightning is unnecessary, same with the "ultra high performance".

Terminals look a little smaller too, but still looking forward to someone load testing it and cutting it apart

Yeah, I really want to see XS Power do a 500 amp load test on it like they did with Kinetik or Shuriken to see if it's good or not.

If it's almost as good, then it's still a good priced battery ($279 compared to $359)

If it does worse than Kinetik or Shuriken, then Crescendo re to rethink the batteries

If it does as good as the D3100, Crescendo has the upper hand on price

If it does better than the D3100, then XS Power has competition

But, test is still needed to be done, and recorded to see, which I do wanna see. Not saying XS Power is bad, actually really good batteries by far, but I love seeing other options as well.

i did see them say they've been working for over a year on making these batteries. hopefully that means the performance is pretty powerful with them.

I run batcap, so I can be unbiased, I would test xs vs crescendo. I don't think the company needs to do the test, a third party does in my opinion.

Cuz to be honest there is alot of things you can do to skew a test in your favor if you know how this stuff works. Loose connections, different resting voltages, and I could talk all day about this. A sine wave amplifier pull in my opinion is the best way to show a real world comparison, not a carbon pile load tester.

I agree with the third party doing the test because why would xs do a test and then say "yup those batteries are better than ours and cheaper price, don't buy ours anymore". I think if xs does do a test and crescendos batteries are better then you'll never see the test, but if xs's are better then you will see the test.
