Yea that bondo glass is hella tough on sandpaper, so either use a lower grit to knock it down or use an air powered sander.

I have an orbital sander. That's what I've always used. Gonna pick up a 50-pack of 40grit lol.

Also, what's the easiest/cheapest way to cut the all thread?
