A programmer like bullydog, ect, edge, diablo, then yes they do work but its just a universal tune and as anyone whos had more than one of the same vehicle that no two are the same. A dyno tune is the only true power programmer Everythings in the attic or garage since the truck was sold last year. Even a custom tune you can do yourself with HPtuners can be better than a mail order tune. Not ragging on the mail order tunes, but they are fairly general too.
