Swordlordboy1234
Damn...you been busy. Nice work and congrats on the 50, awesome score...at 32Hz yet Very busy. Thanks wicks! it might be a while before i pull a 150 at a show. I compete in 2k clamped... last show i did a 148.3 at 32hz at 1978 watts. I can easily break into the 149's with out the power restrictions. My plan is to see if i can get her above a 149 in the 2k clamped class and if i can, ill pay another run and go trunk unlimited and LET HER RIP. Swordlordboy1234
Yes those yep. lowes lugs. I wanted something quick and easy. they work great. Ive checked to see if they need re tightened after a few months and they are fine. I guess a .0001% of a concern is being exposed and not 100% sealed like a copper lug filled with ox guard and 3:1 glue filled heat shrink (every other connection in my car... yes I'm that OCD) .... but if it ever is an issue. those wires from the outside of the box to the m4b are like a foot long each. YIKES! 48 at 32 on 1978 is a killer score for a trunk car. Plus......those B2's I need to clamp mine sometime to see exactly where I'm at...... I'd never fit in a power restriction like that due to my smaller box and port, but I need to find out just where I am. Hmmm yeah its not made to compete... like your car... its made to be exactly what i wanted. But last show i literally got 1st by .1db LOL. so eh... i get swamped by the burp trunks. They pull 56 to 59 in my area when they show up. But i ride around beating up the block with rappers in the dead center of my dash and my rear doors / sunroof flexing at stop lights... so who wins? I kinda wanna get a bigger trunk car and build a low 150's on music trunk and turn the accord into a SQ only build.... take the big bass out of it and do some w6 10's in a bandpass box or something. Wood
Front stage sounded EXCELLENT!! I get a lot of compliments on my front stage, but the imaging on yours were on point... And Congrats on the 150 .. Ik you was shooting for that for a long time.. You know I'm not really into scores, but I'm going to see what I can pull with my new setup... I hit a 145.6 with my 10s and I had a blew my rear window out the seal so sound was leaking, didn't have the electrical support, and I'm rear firing on a 2k rms amp... Hopefully I can hit a 48.. I'll be satisfied with a low powered, super musical rear firing setup hitting a 148!! 2011 Nissan Altima aka Red Ruby HEADUNIT: Pioneer AVH X2700BS ELECTRICAL: -Singer 230a -Northstar gr34 -(2) Northstar SMS220 w/ Custom Terminals from 12V Metalworkz -100% Welding Cable FRONT STAGE:-(2 Sets) Hertz HSK165 -Hertz HSK130 -Ampere Audio 125.4 SUB STAGE: -(3) Sundown Audio SA REV2 12's -Ampere Audio 3800.1 V2 MISC (NON AUDIO RELATED): -Interior & Exterior Lights LED -Gloss Black Roof (PAINTED) -15% Front, 5% Rear Tint -Roof Spoiler -20" TSW Snettertons (20x8.5 front, 20x10 rear) -Custom Projector Retrofit (FX-R 3.0, 6.5k HID, Morimoto Mini H1 (faux projector), Quad Starry Night Halos) ----- COMING SOON!! -Aftermarket Fog Lights -Custom Painted Engine Covers My Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/169869-woods-2011-altima-aka-red-ruby-new-video-more-updates/page-109 Retrofit Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/185787-hid-projector-retrofitting-diy-by-wood/#entry2765346

I put a ton of work into re tuning this thing (about 7 hours in 2 days) and wow... much more dead center... less cancelation. and better left to right. It sounds much better now. Will continue to sound better and better hopefully. I don't think she can take too much more SPL. Looking forward to yours. Lone star? This thing looks like one hell of a demo, especially with the front stage being what it is. Thanks for the kind words. It does well..I think it's funny how insatiable this hobby is. It's kinda funny actually. I was just looking at some blues audio speakers for the front stage, in particular the 6.5... And then I realized... I'm chasing smaller and smaller gains and it's costing more and more money each time. I really wish SQ was an active sport, or that more people would be interested in it in the competition scene.
