But Daniel and I were talking about heatwave 2015. You guys are welcome to bunk at my house for the weekend. Ask boom50cal (josh). My buddy David from Houston and josh in OK stayed over since I'm a 30 minute drive from the show. If you and/or dan decide too come you can ride with one of us 3. We had a nice little bass train on the way to the show bangin the whole way. I'm sure josh would come down again and I'm 99% sure David will be doing the same. So since they both have 1 seat in their rides, plus my 2 extra (one taken by my gf) we could have you guys and 2 more people unless we had more actual vehicles Nope I'll be a legit trunk car next year. So I'll have atleast 3 seats No more inverted subs Sadly enough, unless I go with a pair of trio of subs on a shitload of power But I like the single sub aspect. It's all about that dual 12 life to get loud out of a trunk. I've got about 60 watts going to it and crossed at 3khz and it wants more, more frequency and more power. But its so damn loud. It has the big sound of a PA tweeter but its smooth and plays nice and low. The aw 6.5 is great. The b2 reference mids were right up there with them. B2 had a hair more midbass, but the dd again gets loud and clear. I've put my ear to both the mid and the tweeter playing full tilt and I can't hear any audible distortion or break up.the mid wants 150-200 watts and I'm only giving it 100. The tweeter wants 80-100 and I'm giving it 60. Currently in the system my tweeter is definitely the more dominate sound right now in my doors. Along with not having enough power to make them happy, I really need some TA and eq'ing for them to shine. Anyways. Build pics and a 4 minute demo video will be up tonight. Edit, next things I'll be doing will be very very very bad ass RCA's, much better processing, and if I can find a good solution...more power for my doors. Could be adding an amp, could be swapping for a different 4ch. Keep tuned.
