I deadened the hell out of mine, then I put the deck back on, crawled into the trunk and spray foamed through all of the access holes that go up to the rear deck area. So the deadener eliminates all rattles from the screws and whatnot, the spray foam pretty much expanded and adhered to the rear deck, locking it in place. No more rattles.
