Maybe not much on the tweeters, but I like the mids that are loud enough that you can feel it in your knuckles. scooter99 Posted July 11, 2013 Report Posted July 11, 2013 I'm not going to get into the logistics of it, but simply put, he gets too butthurt too quickly and takes shit too personally. And to be quite honest with you it's too hard to not exploit that. I'm seriously anxious to see something get done with this, but the disappointment of all the changes, and all the time that's been wasted on it, is frustrating to be quite honest. I'm not the only one that feels this way, I'm just the only one who speaks on it, apparently, and he gets so bent out of shape about it. It's comical. Sit back and enjoy the build. Seriously. But I won't stop commenting on it. And it's not always been like this. Has it Carbon?!? I tried to help you didn't I!?! In the beginning, then it turned into a shit storm and then N8 cleaned it all up which is why you don't see the shit I tried to help him with. Then he went on his butthurt rager and his blood pressure skyrockets every time he sees my name in the bottom of the screen. Nick and I had a little spat conversation in the beginning about an opinion, and we've talked civilly ever since, the few times we've talked. He doesn't get butthurt. Carbon just can't handle it. Ok that's enough for one day. I hope you guys get to work on it more soon. I'm really anxious to see where you're going to fit all this shit. Remember, i have the same car, basically, and I don't see how you're going to do it. So I'm very interested to see it done...........whenever that is..................hopefully soon....................before my kids go off to college (they're 6 and ! Carry on! Its his money his car let him do what the hell he wants and sit back and stfu. Id get pissed off to if i had the same guy bashing shit over and over again. So he has a busey life and cant work on his car 24/7 big deal. Even Meade has slow builds. This thread is exactly the reason why im considering not makeing a build log. To many people think its their way or nothing

This isn't a daily...it's a one of a kind show car that no one in their right mind would create again. It's not like Carbon is ruining the resale value(don't mean this offensively, just honest) but the resale value was already shot due to the frame damage. I've been iffy about this build since he claimed 15kw from a single alt, but now that he's at 9kw and a stack of AGM's I like it better. Fuck, this isn't ANY different from Trippi's and b-eazzy's Hummers. Over the top and kick ass. Keep on kickin ass Nick and Carbon. It's ur build do as you want but in my opinion you should just have a small talk with Tim at audiotistic the guy who build the Rockford van with the 64 10s.. And just take into consideration that he basically did the same mids and highs that ur doing (different brands I know) but the key is its off of 1 amp... I'm enjoy the progress of this and can't wait to see it done, but I do feel as if their is a Lil more knowledge out there on this matter.. But again continue to do great things with this build and God bless he wouldnt be the first to say they did a 167 with a system like that (one that clearly DOESNT), but i have to say, he didnt beat me anywhere, ive never competed against the guy. If he thinks his does a 167, mine would probably put him in a coma. :hairtrick:
