ncc74656 Posted February 23, 2013 Report Posted February 23, 2013 i placed my 1500.1 kicker on craigs list to sell or trade for a 2500.1 kicker. i am running a BL 18 that i want to boost power to and i got a mail asking to trade my 1500.1 for his spl gorilla 5500. i have never heard of this amp and wounder if its a good trade. he also wants 60.00 over the trade which im find with if its a good amp. should i trade or just buy a kicker or perhaps some other brand? thanks nothing, gutted

I bought the Power Acoustik 5500 when I first got into car audio and didn't know any better, it sucked balls. It might put out 800 wrms if your lucky. Don;t waste your money bro. *Rebuid in progress*
