CP amps vs non CP amps?????

I am looking for a full break down of how cp amps word compared to no cp amps. And are more companies doing it? And of they are why don't I see it advertised?

Well isnt the JL 1000/1 almost the same? Im still new to this but i thought the CP's push the same wattts at lower voltage then other amps. For instanst if ur running at 14 volts and gettin 1500 watts when u drop down to 12 are 11 volts your still getting 1500 watts because of the desing of the amp. Please correct me if im wrong im still a NOOB lol but thats what i though the Constant Power ment.

CP simply maintains a more consistent output. JL does the same, but also limits how the input voltage affects output.

CP does the same wattage at lower ohms as well as a higher ohm load.

So it's suppose to do about the same at 2 ohms as it does at 1.

Whereas most amps do like 2k at 1 ohm and only 1k at 2 ohm
