Swaggasaur
I think I want to go with sundown for my entire front stage. I'm thinking about going with the neo pros because they can handle more power than the components. I noticed that sundown is coming out with new products, so are tweeters on the list somewhere? OrionStang
125 per side easy. I wouldn't be afraid to give them 125 per speaker if running active. WAY underrated. Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

HunterJohnson
if your hpf is set at 125 they can handle 125, but if it is set under 125hpf then it can handle about 60-80rms on the mids Quote Scion tC SQ BuildiPad mini, lots of fabrication, daily drivenFord Explorer C Pillar Wall Build Just a cheap car to destroy with bass
Swaggasaur
125 per side easy. I wouldn't be afraid to give them 125 per speaker if running active. WAY underrated. I've been reading up on active and passive setups, I got mostly that with active you get more options to tweak your setting or whatever versus passive using crossovers you're limited and doesn't sound as clean? So what do I need to do to run active? Now, I'm wanting to run 3 sets total 1 in each door (2dr coupe) And 1 set in the back 1 6.5 and 1 tweeter on each side Like this: I'm thinking I need a 4 ch. amp? I was thinking either dc 175.4 or sundown 200.4 Thanks for any input, I'm a complete noob when it comes to front stage Quote BHE Wall Build TEAM DC Audio TEAM XS POWER1986 Monte Carlo KMC Nova's 20"4 DC XL's W/ PSI Recones2 DC 5k'sPioneer PRS 8010 Audio Technix 6 XS Power D3100's 1 XS Power D3400 Mechman 220a Alternator

notorious97200
Can't sound bad using the passive filter made for them. It will sound bad in an active setup if you don't know how to tune everything. Active needs more tuning work, but can sound better when everything is set right. Passive is the way to go if you don't want to mess anything. I don't think it's a good idea to run such big amps for some comp sets. You will have to run it at lower impedance. I'd rather use 2 separate and smaller amps, like some 4 x 100 w amps. It may be wayyyy cheaper, and still sound sooo good !
