Mobileaudio25
I'd run different amp(s) honestly. Make sure your box has 15.5-16.5 inches of port surface are per cube. I'd say tune 34-38. I don't like running great equipment with not so good equipment, but then again that's me, never been a fan on PA. Make sure your electrical system is decent as well. Mobileaudio25
Smaller boxes for rated/slightly above rated power, bigger boxes for underpowered woofers is somewhat of a general rule. Bigger is not always better

As for the enclosure, I'm not sure. I've never messed with DD, so I don't know how they do in different enclosures. Good luck OP, and hope this helps. *Rebuid in progress*
Bump4life
A DD m2b ibet for 480 is better than what he is putting in. or even SQ 2200 crescendo 2k or 3.5k DC 2k like get a quality amp man. and amp is in my opinion the most important part. of the sub stage. try that thing in 2.25-3 cubes depending on power Buyer/Seller Feedback Thread: http://www.stevemead...5015-bump4life/ MB C220 153 Trunk Car Build Log: http://www.stevemead...d/#entry1840136 MB C280 Ipad Dash SQ Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/194484-bump4lifes-new-benz-tony-c-relay-kit-pictures-ce-electric-audison-front-stage-installed/ My SPL Log: http://www.stevemead...__fromsearch__1 BMW M340 xDrive Stock, for now. __d_a_v_i_d__
Lol when u say Bad wat exactly u gettin at bad in a good way or in a bad way?....i have read that the speaker over excorts and damages in too big of an enclosure? and the amplifiers are temporary i used them on a atomic apx 12 strapped at 2 ohms and i got 148.6 dbs window down. 148 with a single 12 is a great score , so why change that up to a sub that might be weaker ?Why change the box at that ? Though the sub vs amp amazes me . Can't go all out on a sub then cheap out on amps...
