If you can figure out something very basic by just looking at it, then pay someone else to do it. Here would you like numbered steps? 1) put all of your batteries in a line with all + on the same side and same for -. 2) cut piece of flat stock to full length of batteries 3) measure and mark holes for battery terminals 4) drill holes for battery terminals 5) drill as many holes as you need for wire connections 6) tap holes from step 5 7) install buss bars holy crap that was really hard, I never could have figure that one out on my own!
