i trimed out some durable foam board.. then applied gorilla tape around the edges ..so the foam wouldn't seep through... and then just foamed it up... along with masking tape around the area...

looks good !

The tinted lights look good, but I hate trying to drive with them lol

Just FYI if you take off the belt guard, the alt will run quite a bit cooler. I've found it not only blocks cool air from getting to it, but also aides in circulating around the hot air that the alt gives off lol
