I was wondering if I should get one for every lug or just 1 for each wheel? I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan so it's pretty laid back here but I go to Green Bay and Chicago.

just a kit, a wheel lock key then four wheel locks, one for each wheel

honestly they are pretty easy to get off, with the right tools that is...it wont stop them but it will slow them down :pardon:

or so high you cant jack it up. It takes my heavy floor jack to get my truck off the ground with the 24s on it.

Both methods work much better than locking nuts.

You can also get locking nuts that use a specific socket. So all the nuts are the same but need a specific socket to work if that makes sense.

I have 2 sets of those on my car

McGard sells both spline-drive and uniquely keyed locks. Both are good deterrents.

The spline-drives are probably easier to steal.

So basically one locking lug to detour the average jackass with a lug wrench, but not all 5 so that they screw up my truck trying to get them off is what I'm thinking.
