I need some new tools for my new job, one being a nice flashlight. I like the surefire r1 lawman, but at 300.00. I know there may be better ones but this seems to have the features I like.

Anyone have experience with them?

what features do you 'like and which do you 'need'??

Pioneer Premier P880PRS ll Front Stage: US Acoustics 4060 - Random speakers currently ll Sub Stage: Crescendo BC3500D - 15" Xcon sealed @ 3.28 cubes ll Electrical: - Kinetik HC1800(front) NEW***DieHard P-2(rear)

beaker- I know this sounds like a lot of anime bullshit, but it is true.

For that brightness and the features, I haven't come across anything similiar. I like the fact its rechargeable, had the adjustable brightness, and the tail cap. I'm in the market as well for school and on the job, I'm not too keen on carrying the maglite around.

well the maglites can always be used asa club or a hmmer if needed. lol

We have a flashlights for sale at the shop, called the "Bat light"... and not because it shoots out the bat signal. Thick, heavy billet aluminum body, approx 16 inches long, shaped like a small baseball bat, with a nice knurled grip area. LED, 200 lumens, adjustable beam, plenty bright and built specifically for whacking fools in the head. I much prefer it for "whacking" purposes over the mag light.

Thanks for the opinions.

I would like something compact, adjustable, and definitely rechargeable. That's how I stumbled upon the r1.

Think I'm going to order one next week.

Bigsix do you have these. I would prefer to send my business to someone on here.
