I'll admit, half way through sanding that fiberglass in the rain and cold while I was all itchy I was definitely starting to question why i was doing this haha

I found a old PM between me and another member talking about how to get the port lengths. I am using the normal cut sheet lengths provided by the calculator. But here are my lenghts for the port. The L1 is 13.75" and the L2 is 11.5". If anyone gets anything different let me know.

Seems like you only need the port pieces?

I think a 14.5" x 14.5" and a 10" X 14.5" piece would do it.

Whats your math, I want to see why ours are different.

I don't think you applied the extra baffle I will be using, your off my numbers by a .75

I just did it quickly on paper.

The L1 differs simply on how the port pieces are placed on eachoter.

L2 still is .75" of difference.. Idk, did he account for the drag effect of exiting the port along another wall?

You are using 30.5, you need to use 26" as stated by the physical port length.

I use 30.5 as the effective port length.

Physical is the inner part of the port right? If you measure along the edge of the inner port I'm actually right on 26".

Where's the "box designers" when you need them

Those are correct.

Torres calculates the effective length on it's own and uses it to get tuning but all is done without user intervention, the effective length is 32" in this case and can be seen in the formula on the Torres interface for those curious about it.

Actually joe, I built the box, and the Space between the L2, and the bottom of my box, is .75 to long, making my first part of the ports width 3in, and the second part 3 5/8. :/
