Tips for Possibly 95 Chevy wall...

A decent chance I will wall my 95 chevy ext cab this summer once school is out and a some money is saved up. Will be either 2 HDC3A 18s or 4 HDC3 15s on about 5krms.

Was looking to see how people did their walls, and how they are put together. One who comes to mind but has no pictures is n8, and i think fox_racin used to have a wall.

as far as the box this is what i have come up with: doubled all around, 39 x 50 x 21, 13.78 cubes, 180sqin of port, and ~35hz tuning.

But like i said, more looking for the HOW TO of putting the wall in, building it inside (what I will most likely do), and how it is bolted down, or whatever.

only thing, mine HAS to be built in the truck, no back doors or opening ext cab doors, only driver.

love the wire management, ill have to take some notes.

Build it as big as a shell as you can. Mine is all PL'ed to the walls. The box is also lagbolted to this frame

Any gaps are filled with foam which might actually be the strongest bond known to man. if you are feeling really froggy you can anchor it through the back fo the cab with threaded rod.

When you build inside you can shoe horn it in. I dont think there is any way mine can move. I get no squeaks or rattles or anything cruising down the road. BTW the 2 18s 4 15s idea. Id look into 8-10-12 12s first. cheaper lines more cone area i really think it would work better in these trucks and fox racin has proved that.

Then Might try something like 8 sdc2.5s. But money a factor and I have 2 HDCs already is why the 4 15s and 2 18s came up
