k3n12ock
So in a youtube video you mentioned a hook up on a VM1 since I've been around here and your youtube for a long ass time; does that still apply? neonhomer
Hmmm... very tempting offer... I love how the VM1 works... the movement is a lot more "fluid" than the digital meter. Question is: Can I get the dimensions of the device so I can see if I can make it work. I have a great spot to put one, but I want to make sure I can actually fit it in place first. That's mostly what I was looking for. From watching some videos on YouTube, I assume the meter breaks down fairly easily.

neonhomer
Is there a way to dim the display on the VM-1? That is one of the issues I have with the cheap One Hung Lo brand meters, the display is too bright for night use.

That is one of the issues I have with the cheap One Hung Lo brand meters, the display is too bright for night use. no. It's only one LED. It isn't too bright. The OM-1 can get a little bright though depending on how loud your system is being played....it has several LED's. The vm-1, tm-1 shouldn't be a problem for most.
