AA98hoe Posted June 22, 2013 Report Share Posted June 22, 2013 I was wondering if anyone knows why the attendance to MECA are so low this year?Even last year was getting bad toward's the end of the season,especially State Final's.Just wondering,is MECA for Cali/West Coast coming to an end? 2-3 yrs ago my old team an I were very competitive in fact I led points nation wide . An won state finals .. Times change I spent thousands getting to shows upgrading equipment etc .. I still love to compete but I think alot have fallen off TEAM DC AUDIO VEHICLE:98 chevy tahoe 2wd 3-4 drop HEADUNIT:alpine 9886 PREAMP:arcaudio FRONT STAGE:4-6 1/2s selinium,DD component set and 4-selinium tweeters in each door KICKPANELS:jl audio 5 1/4 REAR DOORS: dd components 6 1/2s HIGHS AMPS:zapco 750.2 on front doors,zapco an another 750.2 on kicks and rear doors SUBS:4-ascendant audio 18s with 5 spiders in a custom box built by KINGSUV SUB AMP: 2-dc7.5s ALTERNATORS: 3-mechmans 1- 425comp, 1-smd spec350, 1-270 with adj voltage harness on custom dc bracket WIRE:10-runs 0g front to back BATTERIES:6-d1400s TL results:157.1 at 38hz and 156.8 at headrest score @37hz. jessdabest77 Posted June 22, 2013 Report Share Posted June 22, 2013 Ya,I remember 3 year's ago to Ray.You where on top and it seemed like everyone and their mother was doing MECA then.It was fun and competitive,but now,you'll be lucky if anyone compete's against you.Time's have changed,but hopefully MECA will do what it need's to,to keep this sport alive.I'm still in it to win it,and hope to for a long time.
