without a multimeter you have no idea whats wrong. It could be power ground rca remote. wire to subs. any number of things. Since its multipl amps and all that its the isntall thats jacked up.

ok read what i wrote again i didnt say subs out of phase i said coil...u can wire the coils on a dvc sub out of phase and cause them not to move

does your head unit send and RCA signal if you really want to check and don't have a mm plug in a ipod to an rca 3.5mm jack to test if it works from your ipad then your HU is fucked if not u fucked something up somewhere

Is the amp turning on?

OP said the amp turns on. Multimeter can tell you a great number of things and would find a problem if there is one with the install.
