The dull beaver comment got me. I had big lulz due to this.

Now that all of that is out of the way, on to the better pics....

Got all of the mounting hardware removed:

Temped the alts in there and decided that the only logical place for the computer is where the battery is supposed to go - out with the battery, computer got flipped and rewired and mounted there..

Trimmed up a nice piece of aluminum to fit over the computer.

After that, I got my shirt caught on the exploded hole where the rear windshield wiper used to be so I figured it should be next on the list while I was waiting for some parts to arrive.

You welded a piece of metal back in place, and not just bondod over it, right?? There are some MAJOR issues with that thing... good luck on the install and I'll be watching this for sure...

Yes, that's the only way I could get a good, strong square hole in there as well. I always fail to take pics when I'm on a roll....
