Joe X Posted May 3, 2013 Report Posted May 3, 2013 I would have made a custom rear deck cover so that any chance of a leak was excluded from there (specially), you have to completely be air tight everywhere or not seal off at all.

ric006 Posted May 4, 2013 Report Posted May 4, 2013 they way you have it is fine but something else isnt adding up either your port isnt right or your box and port isnt right but you need to seal the port area off to see the effects

Joe X Posted May 4, 2013 Report Posted May 4, 2013 That is not enough since all around the port there is a hole to the trunk airspace and therefore is not sealed, I would make a rear deck cover that fits like a glove the port and then use a sealant all around it.
