Well, hello guys. I'm new to the sundown group, and last week became the owner of my first sundown product, a SAZ-3500 v1. Got it in a trade for my Skar sk1500 plus 160 bucks on my end. So i got it for a steal. Amp looks brand new, and is fully functional. I love it! I have it on 2 PSI Platform 2 18s. So hello everyone! Also, has this amp been on the amp dyno? Same happened to me man. Took my bass knob out, and got another one from Master Will, brand new, and it did the same. Got a Pac LC-1. I love it. lol

Builds kinda at a stand still. Putting money away for my next semester of college, books and crap are expensive. That and waiting to hear back on whether or not I won my ticket. Soon tho! Soon!

Dont know to much about it, my buddy got it in a trade. He was told its a custom sub, 2k rms, its a dual 1, and this thing is a spl sub not doubt. It kills everything in my explorer. No sound quality at all. But its just a temporary setup untill i can get my vvxs. So i dont mind.

Alrighty time for some catch up pictures. At the beginning of this build i had a Alpine 125bt, that has now been swapped out for a Pioneer deh 6400bt. Here is the volt meter I installed. I know its a cheap one, but it does what I need it to do, and fits perfectly in the dash. That is the voltage after I just shut the car off. Dont worry! And I never showed pictures of my back speakers, partly because they are horible but I figured I better include everything. They are the stock speakers out of my camper trailer, but they sound better (dont sound good, but better than what i had) than the factory speakers that were torn apart and no surround. And here is how i conceal my system in parking lots around town, as my buddy says, "outa sight, outa mind."

Going to run for SOTM guys! vote for me? please! I could really use a 85.4, this sub alone is drowning out the highs, i cant imagine what its going to sound like when i get two vvxs!

Need a build name. I noticed Maliboom and the eSkarlade. i think that is so neat. so now i gotta think of one. any ideas?

well, ive heard 2 sa 12s in a buddys truck, then he put in a sa 15. the 15 got a lot louder than the 2 12s. by ear anyway. i know that is sundown, but just a personal experience. but it all depends on what you want outa your system.

This subs rated at 2k rms anyways, so its not gunna hurt it even if it was throwing 1000. This is a temporary setup, and it was rewired to 2 ohm immediately after i played it at .5 my final setup will be 2 15" vvxs at 1 ohm. Not trying to sound hard headed. Ive talked to a few skar guys, and even ran my build setup my Kevin himself. All checked out good.
