Larrykidluv
Alright, Lets get back to work... enough Rockford Admiration, time to get on to the BEAUTIFUL Components But first, lets take these door panels off! Stock 3" Tweeter.... Now let me tell ya'll something about Nissan.... THESE MF and whatever logic they had, DEFINATELY wasn't thinking about aftermarket upgrades.... These were a PITA to remove.. it took 3hrs to remove TWO SCREWS!!!!!!!!!! As you will see in the picture, The is a screw up against the windshield that was so close, a drill bit could BARELY fit.... After 3 full turns the bit would be flush against the glass and I had to use needle nose pliers to turn the rest for removal smh... But its done Here's the POS Tweeter that gave me HELL This is a top view looking in the glass... notice the windshield wiper and that screw hole right under it...... yea, that was the POS screw that had took 3hrs of my life away LOL Man I know what you're talking about, on my 1997 Grand Prix the rear deck is like that; but whatdid was a 1/4" drive with a socket and # 2 screw bit. I was gonna start them this weekend until I started getting nervous about bubbles the more I researched, so I ordered a fiberglass roller (first time glassing). But as soon as it makes it in the mail, I'll be starting them. I'm excited! Its gonna be a badass front stage! And what's even more exciting.. these are my "dream" speakers and now I have 2 sets I'll be glassing in a bad ass build! 2011 Nissan Altima aka Red Ruby HEADUNIT: Pioneer AVH X2700BS ELECTRICAL: -Singer 230a -Northstar gr34 -(2) Northstar SMS220 w/ Custom Terminals from 12V Metalworkz -100% Welding Cable FRONT STAGE:-(2 Sets) Hertz HSK165 -Hertz HSK130 -Ampere Audio 125.4 SUB STAGE: -(3) Sundown Audio SA REV2 12's -Ampere Audio 3800.1 V2 MISC (NON AUDIO RELATED): -Interior & Exterior Lights LED -Gloss Black Roof (PAINTED) -15% Front, 5% Rear Tint -Roof Spoiler -20" TSW Snettertons (20x8.5 front, 20x10 rear) -Custom Projector Retrofit (FX-R 3.0, 6.5k HID, Morimoto Mini H1 (faux projector), Quad Starry Night Halos) ----- COMING SOON!! -Aftermarket Fog Lights -Custom Painted Engine Covers My Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/169869-woods-2011-altima-aka-red-ruby-new-video-more-updates/page-109 Retrofit Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/185787-hid-projector-retrofitting-diy-by-wood/#entry2765346

I'll be running a T2500bdcp at 1ohm so I don't put stress on my equipment... was going to go nendo, but you can't go wrong with the technology in that Rockford even if it is a couple hundred watts less (esp considering the constant power tech regarding impedance rise).
