I showed up and it was as I expected; a vintage ornament. The next day I took down all that extra stuff that rattles and opened it up. Brian, I'm sorry, but there isn't a video I will post as I didn't want to go through the effort of finding a microphone that didn't get just completely distorted by the piano. For those that care this is a Bösendorfer 225 semi-concert grand from 1882. Krakin Posted January 7, 2016 Report Share Posted January 7, 2016 (edited) I was classically trained on the piano for a very long time, but after being forced into it and never finding a reason to like it myself I quit. I've finally came back to it after 6 years of ignoring it completely. I have forgotten everything except technical skills and the C and D major scales. Over the break I learned how to play a song, but was having difficulty with precision hitting and have decided I'll go back and learn all my scales and arpeggios. Hell I even had two right in the names of every note for the 7 pages of that song.
